This emergency credit facility is for those who are unable to recharge their account by themselves or find any recharge point. Credit amount will be automatically adjusted when customer recharge their AKASH account, without any interest charged.

- To avail the offer, AKASH Subscriber needs to call the AKASH helpline (16442) during the offer period.
- Customers who became inactive after 25th March, 2020 can avail this offer.
- AKASH (Beximco Communications Ltd.) reserves all the right to change, extend and cancel the offer at any time.
What is Emergency Credit facility?
The Emergency Credit facility is an additional 5 days credit facility for those who are unable to recharge their account because of the current situation. For these subscribers, AKASH is offering a balanced loan for 5 days’ time period. The balance credit under this loan will be debited from the user’s account as soon as they re-activate their service, without any interest being charged.
Who will be eligible for this offer?
Customers who became inactive after 25th March, 2020 are eligible for this offer.

After end of 5 days grace period will the customer be eligible to get another grace period?
