1. On placing this EOIP, we do not give guaranteed availability of the items for which EOIP is placed. However, we will endeavor to provide you with the ordered EOIP item as soon as available.

On placing this EOIP, you provide your express permission to AKASH that it shall have the right to use your Personal Data, so provided above, for the purpose of services development, providing offers, informing subscribers, any other purpose as required by AKASH or its authorized business partners.
3. On placing this EOIP, you agree that representative from AKASH shall have the right to contact you on the mobile number and/or email address provided and shall have the right to verify the information provided above.
4. These above-mentioned terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
